Qualifying Exam | 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized Board; candidates from NIOS Board are eligible. |
Minimum Age Requirement | Completed 17 years age as on 31st December of the admission year. |
Maximum Age Limit | 25 years till date of exam for Unreserved candidates; 30 years till date of exam for Reserved category candidates. |
Qualifying Marks | UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PHD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects). |
Maximum Attempts | Previously applied cap on the number of attempts has been removed. Now, there is no limit on the permitted number of attempts age criteria permitting. |
Nationality | Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs & Foreign Nationals. |
